Hey everyone! For those who are new or haven’t gotten to know me yet, I’m Bex, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping people discover their strength and confidence. Specialising in strength training, weight loss and body recomposition. I aim to tailor your fitness journey to your unique needs, providing a personalised experience to help you achieve your goals. When I’m not coaching, you can find me training as a powerlifter for the British Powerlifting Federation and spending time as a Mum to my twin boys.

(which I know a lot or you can relate) Since earning my first fitness qualification in 2009, I've been dedicated to making fitness an enjoyable and engaging experience while helping individuals achieve their goals. I continuously take CPD (Continuing Professional Development) courses and further qualifications to stay at the forefront of the fitness industry. With extensive experience and knowledge in group fitness classes, I bring energy and enthusiasm to every session, ensuring that workouts are both effective and enjoyable.
